an aunt and a new friend

 aunt andrea visited for a whole week!  elliott was so happy, but mommy was also happy to have more hands on deck ; )

we also visited andrea's friends and elliott made a new friend who is 1 month younger.  he bonded by eating his friend's foot.

Then he received a more permanent friend in the mail - we got him a new stuffed animal puppy.  Hopefully he likes it!

Off to the zoo!

He was so exhausted from the zoo and lunch afterward that he didn't stir at all even when Andrea tried to wake him up the whole way home

My valentine

I'm sitting alone watching tv with a plate of triple creme cheese from France...depressing a little, I know, but we had a good day me and baby at least! And he made up for not napping well by going to bed awake but without crying at all so mama could enjoy her dinner and relax in peace. He also gobbled down his dinner and is getting super chunky from all the foods he's been eating. Curious to know what percentile he's in now because of it! People have been telling me he looks bigger than their babies of comparable ages
